THE Northern Cross is the independent newspaper for people of the Christian faith in North East England, in particular the Catholic diocese of Hexham and Newcastle. The newspaper launched in January 1956 and is published on the first Sunday of the month. It is sold in more than 150 parishes across the region.
NORTHERN CROSS is a not-for-profit organisation and a charitable trust. We rely entirely on revenue from newspaper sales, annual subscriptions and advertising to continue publishing.
You can buy a copy at your local church, or Pauline Books, Newcastle. Or you can take out an annual online subscription, at £20, or an annual print subscription - where the Northern Cross is delivered direct to your door, at £36 (this includes post and packing).
You can pay by bank transfer online - please email: email@example.com for the details. When asked for a reference, please use your name - to allow us to verify your payment.
To pay by cheque, please make cheques payable to 'Northern Cross' and post them to Subscriptions Dept, Northern Cross, c/o WM Fortune & Son, Collingwood House, Church Square, Hartlepool, TS24 7EN.
We thank you all for your continued support.
